Procurement of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment under Lot 1 and commercial dough kneader and commercial hand blender under Lot 2. Lot 1 estimated cost is PKR 12,003,167 with fixed 2 percent bid security of PKR 240,063; Lot 2 estimated cost is PKR 959,800 with fixed 2 percent bid security of PKR 19,196. Eligible income tax and sales tax registered vendors or firms must submit e-bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System; bids open at 11:30 a.m. the same day. Physical financial instruments are not accepted and bid security must be submitted electronically. Bid validity is 180 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
