Hiring of vendors for UHI or Sehat Saholat Card services for the dialysis centre for FY 2026-27. Bids are invited from pharmacies holding a valid Drug Sale License on Form 9 and having at least one year experience in sale of drugs, medicines and medical devices including surgical disposable items and dialysis items. The pharmacy must be within 10 km radius of the hospital, with possible relaxation up to 20 km where justified and approved. The Single Stage-Two Steps procedure applies and bids must be uploaded through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System. E-bids are submitted online and open at 11:00 a.m. Bid security is Rs. 50,000 and the original security must be submitted by opening time in addition to the uploaded copy.
