Procurement of lab chemicals, plasticware and enzymes under Lot 1 and genotyping by sequencing (GBS) under Lot 2 for PARB Project No. 23-267. Lot 1 estimated cost is Rs. 0.800 million with bid security of Rs. 24,000, and Lot 2 estimated cost is Rs. 1.650 million with bid security of Rs. 49,500. Bidders must have valid NTN and STRN, Punjab Sales Tax registration where applicable and Active Taxpayer List status. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure applies and bid security of 3 percent must be submitted through 1Link or online bank payment using PSID. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement and publicly opened at 11:30 hours. Conditional or incomplete bids are not accepted and prices must include applicable taxes and freight.
