Description
Balance work for the main building of TMA Charbagh office and external development works. Estimated cost is 25.00 million and 2 percent earnest money is 0.5 million, with completion as per work order. Tendering uses the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure through EPADS and is based on MRS 2025 1st Bi Annual and non-MRS items as per approved PC-I; contractors quote percentage above, below or at par. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W and LCB departments for 2026-27 and hold relevant PEC codes, active NTN or Income Tax certificate, valid PEC license and active KPRA registration.
