Description
Civil works component of the PSDP project for establishment of National Institute of Intelligence & Security Studies at Quaid-i-Azam University on G to G basis. The procurement is through Direct Contracting with SOEs and Direct to Contract with no evaluation, under the stated justification that PPRA Rule 48f has been invoked to execute the work on G to G basis. Bid security is 12,000,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. Pre-selected suppliers are NLC, FWO, PIDCL and Railcop.
