Hiring of a firm for security services for residential institutions of Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal in Gujranwala Division for Financial Year 2026-27 covering October 2026 to June 2027. The services require a total of 36 security guards for residential institutions including Shelter Homes, Children Homes, Old Age Home and Women Transitional Home across Gujranwala Division, covering Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Narowal and M.B. Din. The stated total estimated cost including applicable taxes and charges is Rs. 17,820,000, based on Rs. 56,000 per month for each guard, and bid security is Rs. 356,400, equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms and companies engaged in relevant security services and registered with the relevant registration authorities may participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under a single-stage two-envelope procedure. A scanned copy of bid security in the form of CDR, banker's cheque or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank is required, with the original instrument to be delivered before the closing date and time. Complete electronic bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 30-09-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Successful bidders must submit 5% performance guarantee.
