Winter Summer Student Uniforms Supply Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform items for special students for winter and summer seasons for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into Lot No. 01 for uniform kits for winter boys and girls with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 50,000, and Lot No. 02 for uniform kits for summer boys and girls with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 50,000. Total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2,000,000 and total bid security is Rs. 100,000, representing 5% of the estimated cost. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by registered suppliers, following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All bid documents must be submitted electronically, while the original hard-copy CDR for the required bid security must also be submitted before the e-bid submission closing time in favour of the Headmistress. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, with taxes deducted according to government rules. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign the contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. The procurement concerns student uniform kits, winter uniforms, summer uniforms and school clothing for special students.
