Hvac Operation Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Operational and maintenance service contract for the HVAC system of the Inpatient Block (New Building) at the Children's Hospital & UCHS, Lahore, on a contract-without-parts basis and including a price list of spare parts. The estimated cost is Rs. 10,450,000 and bid security is Rs. 209,000, representing 2% of the estimated cost. The procurement shall be conducted online through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-Procurement System and interested applicants must be registered on the system. Electronic bidding documents contain the detailed requirements, terms and conditions. The bidding procedure shall be single-stage two-envelope, requiring complete technical and financial proposals in accordance with the RFP. The complete bid must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 30-09-2026 and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the conference room of the Admin Block in the presence of bidder representatives. If the scheduled opening date is a government holiday, submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time. The procurement concerns HVAC operation, HVAC maintenance, inpatient-block air conditioning systems, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and spare-parts pricing.
