National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 for operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Lahore. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher relevant to the work, registered with Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bid security is PKR 600,000 and the original instrument must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Pro Tip: The procurement concerns HVAC operation, HVAC maintenance, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, heating systems and building mechanical services.
