Parliament House Lift And Hvac Maintenance Works Tender Notice

Year-round maintenance of the Honorable Speaker Lift at Parliament House under RRC 2026-27, with NIT cost of Rs. 3,410,770 and earnest money of Rs. 102,323, and year-round operation and maintenance of the HVAC plant and air-conditioning system with allied equipment at Parliament House, Islamabad under RRC 2026-27, with NIT cost of Rs. 13,801,860 and earnest money of Rs. 414,040. Bids are invited from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid ME-03 and ME-01 codes for 2026-27, valid Electrical Inspector License and PPRA registration as vendors on E-PADS Version 2.0. Bidders must demonstrate eligibility and qualification specified in the bidding documents and relevant experience of at least two similar works during the last two financial years. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, while manual bids are not entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR from the firm's own account is required, with the scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS and original submitted separately. Three years Income Tax Returns must accompany the application. Bids below 10% of the NIT amount require additional performance security equal to the difference between the NIT amount and the quoted amount less 10% of NIT, in addition to earnest money. Undertakings regarding proprietorship, absence of litigation and non-blacklisting are required.
