Technical Hr Operational Support Social Welfare Tender Notice

Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab invites electronic bids for hiring a third-party firm/company for provision of technical human resources and end-to-end technical and operational support services for the Punjab Social Welfare Command Center for FY 2026-27. Maximum technical HR as detailed in the bidding document is required. Total estimated cost is PKR 102 million inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is PKR 2.04 million, equal to 2%. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be deposited electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System and no physical financial instrument is accepted. Complete bids must be submitted online. Pre-bid meeting is 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids close on 5 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and open at 11:00 AM. Bids are invited for the whole package.
