Directorate of Monitoring and Evaluation, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab invites e-bids for goods and services in three lots. Lot 1 covers stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, other stores and others with combined budget PKR 77 million and CDR PKR 3.85 million. Lot 2 covers IT equipment, machinery and furniture with combined budget PKR 90.6 million and CDR PKR 4.53 million. Lot 3 covers transport of goods, entertainment and gifts, and conference, seminar and workshop services with combined budget PKR 15.46 million and CDR PKR 0.773 million. Total budget is PKR 183.06 million and total CDR is PKR 9.153 million. Separate technical and financial bids are required in a single package and unit prices must exclude GST/PST. Goods must be brand new and supplied within 15 days of purchase order. E-bids must be submitted online and physically submitted to the Directorate within the stipulated period. Closing is 1 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM.
