Testing Agency Recruitment Staff Tender Notice
Description
Transport and Masstransit Department intends to procure services of reputed firms or testing agencies for recruitment of staff for Punjab Provincial Transport Authority, Lahore. Firms must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, active taxpayers with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and possess sufficient managerial, technical and financial capabilities. Expected collection is PKR 110,920,000 and bid security is PKR 2,218,400, equal to 2% of expected collection, through a Digital Bank Guarantee via Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope method and financial bids are evaluated on least cost basis. Bids must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
