Provision of manpower services for Port Qasim Electric Power Company, including recruitment and deployment of cleaners, drivers, kitchen helpers, office boys and other locally required frontline personnel. The contract period is one year from the official signing date, with actual staffing quantities determined by the employer’s requirements. The successful service provider will be responsible for recruitment, background verification, pre-employment medical examinations, attendance management, salary disbursement, social security contributions, on-site coordination, safety management, staff replacement and labour dispute resolution. Eligible bidders must be legally registered independent enterprises in Pakistan with valid business licences, provincial labour department registration and a company registration certificate issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
