Hiring Of Skilled And Unskilled Manpower Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of third-party services for the provision of skilled and unskilled manpower under a framework contract for Punjab Seed Corporation. The estimated contract value is PKR 65,696,000, with bid security of PKR 1,314,000, approximately 2% of the estimated cost. The contract period is one year from the date of award and may be extended for a further year subject to satisfactory performance, applicable procurement rules and approval of the competent authority. Eligible registered companies and firms must hold valid income tax and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Detailed bidding documents are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Seed Corporation website. Proposals must be submitted exclusively online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; submission by hand is not permitted. Technical bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same date. The date for opening financial bids will be announced on the electronic procurement system after technical approval. Bid security must be submitted online through the PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. Bid validity is 90 days from the submission deadline. Punjab Seed Corporation reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance.
