THQ Hospital Kamoke invites technical and financial bids from firms and agencies with financially sound backgrounds, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and engaged in institutional pharmacy business or pharmacy chains holding valid Retail Drug Sale License Form 9 under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules. The procurement covers drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee basis. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity of each lot and partial bids will be rejected. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security is 2% and must be submitted online. Financial proposals should be submitted separately for each lot. Bids close on 6 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and technical bids open at 10:30 AM.
