Hiring of a third-party firm or company for provision of technical human resources and end-to-end technical and operational support services for Punjab Social Welfare Command Center for Financial Year 2026-27 under the ADP scheme, Development or Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab. Maximum required technical HR is specified in the bidding document. Total estimated cost is PKR 102,000,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is PKR 2,040,000 representing 2%. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
