Metropolitan Lahore Event Support Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Applications are invited for prequalification of eligible applicants for various services including arrangements for National and Religious Events, Public Meetings, arrival of local or foreign delegations and cricket teams and Government Meetings. Applicants may participate in one or more lots. Lot 1 covers temporary lights and generators with estimated price PKR 950 million; Lot 2 covers furniture, tentage, canopies, waiter services, marquee and air conditioning arrangements at PKR 400 million; Lot 3 covers refreshments, lunch boxes, dinner and Hi-Tea at PKR 100 million; Lot 4 covers office stationery and general-purpose items at PKR 120 million; Lot 5 covers IT equipment at PKR 100 million. Prequalification is initially valid for one year and may extend for two further years subject to performance and approval. Proposals are submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System and opened at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: The framework covers event infrastructure, generators, furniture, tentage, air conditioning, catering, stationery and IT equipment.
