Hiring Of Security Guards At Garden Campus Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of 35 security guards at designated places of Garden Campus. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, active on Income Tax and Sales Tax Active Taxpayers List, registered with KPRA and registered with All Pakistan Security Agencies Association. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure through EPADS. Earnest money or bid security is 2% of quoted annual bid cost through original Call Deposit in favor of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000 is required through Demand Draft or Pay Order. Tender fee and original 2% CDR must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office, while scanned copies must also be uploaded on EPADS. Technical and financial bids are submitted through EPADS and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers security guards, guarding services, campus security, access control, premises protection and security personnel for designated university locations.
