Description
Framework contract for day-to-day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items and UHI medicines for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of 6.5 million and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. The procurement shall be conducted through E-PROCUREMENT PUNJAB under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and is open to eligible bidders including manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers. Bidding documents are available free of cost for registered bidders. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted electronically by the closing deadline, accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque or online security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, with the document uploaded and delivered to the office. Best and final prices must include all taxes, duties and levies and no negotiations are expected.
