Repair and Annual Maintenance Contract for one CT Scan Machine, 16 slices, Make Philips, Model MX-16, for one year at Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. The estimated repair cost is Rs. 17,500,000 and the bid security is Rs. 350,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost. Firms must have experience in the relevant field and be registered for GST, PST, Income Tax and E-PADS. A mandatory bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi must be uploaded in PDF format on e-PADS. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and e-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened through e-PADS.
