Procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, HVAC, furniture and IT work on a turnkey basis for a project implemented by the Punjab Information Technology Board, with multiple quantities and an estimated total cost of PKR 280,000,000 and fixed bid security of PKR 2,800,000. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be separate, completed, signed and stamped in conformity with the tender document and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany bids, and bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
