Building Repair Maintenance And Electrical Works Tender Notice

Prequalification and issuance of tenders for multiple building and repair works, including minor works and repairs, construction and renovation, road repair and maintenance, parking shed repair, cladding replacement, window pane replacement, tough paver provision, washroom renovation, shed provision, miscellaneous building works, external and internal electrical works, water supply and sui gas works, street lights, furniture provision and furniture repair. Each listed work has an estimated cost up to Rs. 4.00 million. Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials, and tender documents will be issued only to firms having sufficient relevant experience and satisfying the required special conditions. Contractors must provide evidence of PEC and FBR registration, valid PEC licence, filer status and NTN, and must be on the approved MES list in the relevant category with similar experience. Applicants must also certify that they are not involved in litigation with a Government Department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is outstanding. Relevant work experience, departmental performance reports, work progress, dates, amounts, completion details and material supplied are required with applications.
