Hybrid Solar System Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of a 15 KW Hybrid Solar System at Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan from the college pupil fund. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Eligible firms and companies must provide active KPPRA registration, valid FBR NTN and Active Taxpayer List status, active scheduled bank account details, and a Rs. 50,000 bid security through Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Principal, Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan. The bid must be authorized and stamped on every page. Bids must reach the office by registered post or courier by 08 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual hand submission is not acceptable.
