Execution of multiple development and rehabilitation works through the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure under KPPRA procurement rules, comprising renovation, refurbishment and upgradation including construction of check post and rehabilitation of boundary wall at Lines HQs M-1, Ambar, Swabi with estimated cost Rs. 19.258 million, bid security Rs. 425,167 and tender fee Rs. 5,777; construction of JPCP road at Tarako Hills Swabi with estimated cost Rs. 64.518 million, bid security Rs. 1,330,350 and tender fee Rs. 19,355; establishment of Parmoli Play Ground on irrigation land at District Swabi with estimated cost Rs. 29.523 million, bid security Rs. 630,460 and tender fee Rs. 8,857; construction of causeway at Sher Darra with estimated cost Rs. 24.987 million, bid security Rs. 539,740 and tender fee Rs. 7,496; supplying and fixing flood lights at Tehsil Play Ground Razzar with estimated cost Rs. 25.579 million, bid security Rs. 551,582 and tender fee Rs. 7,674; missing facilities at Jalbai Ground with estimated cost Rs. 12.574 million, bid security Rs. 291,489 and tender fee Rs. 3,772; upgradation of playground at Dagai with estimated cost Rs. 8.893 million, bid security Rs. 186,864 and tender fee Rs. 2,668; and construction of playground at Jaganath Jalsai with estimated cost Rs. 28.733 million, bid security Rs. 614,667 and tender fee Rs. 8,620. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. Original bid and additional security instruments must be submitted to the procuring entity before the deadline and scanned details uploaded on EPADS.
