Construction works under ADP Scheme 240273 Implementation of Management Plan of Sheikh Buddin National Park, comprising Package 1 for construction of Information Centre, Souvenir/Tuck Shop, Watcher Huts, Check Posts, Watch Towers and Dry Pit Latrines with estimated cost Rs. 45.632 million, PEC category C-5 and Above and mandatory bid security Rs. 912,640; Package 2 for construction of Boundary Wall, Check Dams, Trails/Tracks and Soft/Hard Landscaping with estimated cost Rs. 38.700 million, PEC category C-5 and Above and mandatory bid security Rs. 774,000; and Package 3 for construction of Animal Enclosures with estimated cost Rs. 14.540 million, PEC category C-5 and Above and mandatory bid security Rs. 290,800. E-tenders are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Electronic bids must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Bid securities must be provided through Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, National Parks Wildlife Division D.I.Khan. Bidders must provide firm registration, valid PEC licence, CNIC, active tax registration and a No Litigation/Non-blacklisting certificate. Original bid security and additional security where applicable must be submitted through registered courier before closing. Tender processing will follow the Above, Below or At Par system based on MRS-2025 1st Biannual and bids remain valid for 120 days.
