Animal Food And Veterinary Medicine Supplies Tender Notice

Description

Procure animal food and medicine comprising 18 items for livestock and veterinary requirements. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids are permitted and no physical bid is required. Bids must include Bid Security of 2,000,000 PKR in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the specified name, along with a tender document fee of 1,000 PKR. Eligible bidders must demonstrate assignments of similar nature and complexity of 10,000,000 PKR in the previous 1 year, turnover of at least 30,000,000 PKR in 1 subsequent previous year, presence in Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and JV is not permissible. Bidders must also provide registration with DRAP, valid or renewed Drug Sale License, Import License, vaccine details, and required declarations regarding reasonable prices, compliance with bidding documents and contract conditions, absence of relevant drug-law violations or regulatory declarations during the last two years, and proper labeling and packing under the Drugs (Labeling and Packing) Rule, 1986. Veterinary vaccines must comply with the specifications in the bidding documents; substandard or below-quality supplies may be rejected and applicable security may be forfeited with legal action and loss recovery as specified. The bid must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 25 September 2026 at 01:30 PM and bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:30 PM.
