Stationery Equipment Solar System Printing Framework Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for FY 2026-27 covering Package A Stationery, Package B Machinery and Equipment, Package C Computer Hardware and IT Equipment, Package D Installation of Solar System, Package E Other Routine Items, and Package F Printing. E-bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure from eligible firms and suppliers registered with FBR and EPADS under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must provide CNIC, NTN or Active Taxpayer Certificate and an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any client or KPPRA. Complete firm information including postal address, valid email address, telephone number and applicable package name must be provided. Suppliers must quote all items of the selected package, otherwise the bid will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 08 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the Procurement Committee at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Haripur. Bid security must be submitted separately for each package in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in the name of the Deputy Commissioner Haripur. The procurement covers stationery, machinery and equipment, computer hardware and IT equipment, solar system installation, routine items and printing supplies under a multi-package framework contract.
