Madrasa Hospital Infrastructure Packages Tender Notice

Execution of works under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative ADP No. 251282 comprising Package 1 for Madrasa Sair Ghaziabad with estimated cost Rs. 11.00 million, bid security Rs. 260,000 and tender fee Rs. 3,300, and Package 2 for upgrading a differently-abled friendly hospital with estimated cost Rs. 9.83 million, bid security Rs. 205,600 and tender fee Rs. 2,950. Bids are invited electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS and the KPPRA website. Bidders must have the relevant C&W Department registration, valid PEC registration and demonstrate general capabilities, financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel and equipment capabilities, valid NTN/Income Tax certificates and other supporting documents. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 08 October 2026 and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM for Package 1 and 01:30 PM for Package 2 at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Kohistan Lower. Bids up to 10% below the Engineer Estimate require 2% bid security, bids exceeding 10% and up to 20% below require an additional 8% security, and bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount together with detailed rate analysis. Tender form fee of 0.03% of the Engineer Estimate is non-refundable and must be submitted separately with earnest money. Original bid security and additional security instruments must be submitted before the closing time. Bidders must be registered with KPRA with active status. Failure to submit original security instruments may result in debarment, with repeated violations subject to blacklisting under the stated procurement provisions. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject bids or annul the process under applicable procurement laws. The works cover madrasa construction and differently-abled friendly hospital infrastructure upgrade.
