Hospital Contingencies Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of hospital contingencies items for financial year 2026-27, including laundry, plumber, electrician, welder, carpenter, sanitary, infection disposal, IT store, utility store items and related hospital contingency requirements. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the E-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities, including active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, with established technical, financial and managerial credentials and no blacklisting. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. A 2% bid security must be submitted through PSID generated by the E-Procurement System and samples of quoted products must be submitted before closing with the scanned bid security.
