Vehicles Rental Basis Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicles on rental basis under an Open Framework Contract for FY 2026-27 for the Nutrition Cell of the Directorate General Health Services Peshawar. The procurement is for non-consulting services through National Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the e-PADS system. Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the stated KPPRA and Health Department websites. Interested bidders must submit bids electronically through e-PADS by 09 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. A fixed bid security of PKR 300,000 is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or other form defined under KPPRA, issued from the bidders own account in favour of the undersigned; third-party bid security will render the bid non-responsive. Bids must be computer-typed and printed, prices quoted in figures and words, all pages signed and stamped by the authorized signatory, and relevant service details supported by original catalogues or brochures where applicable. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and comply with legal, taxation and regulatory requirements. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement concerns rental vehicles, vehicle hire, transport services, fleet rental and framework contract vehicle services for health-sector operations.
