Annual Service Level Agreement Dc Facility Tender Notice
Description
Provide a one-year service level agreement with parts and consumables for the DC facility site at RHO Sargodha. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Single Stage-Two Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection applies. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM at HQ NADRA G-5/2 Islamabad. Bids require security by bank draft, pay order or bank guarantee and must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual bids are not entertained. Bid security is Rs. 146,000 and bid validity is 120 days; bids close on 2026-10-12 at 11:00 PM and open at 11:30 PM.
