Miscellaneous General Xray Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous and general X-Ray items for Financial Year 2026-27 on free delivery at consignee end basis. Eligible bidders, manufacturers, distributors, authorized sales and service dealers and retailers are invited to submit technical and financial bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated tender value is Rs.4,400,000/- and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs.88,000/-. Bid security must be submitted through the digital banking facility using a generated PSID and uploaded with the technical bid. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 10 October 2026. Pro Tip: X-Ray items, radiology supplies, diagnostic equipment, medical imaging products, X-Ray accessories and hospital radiology materials are relevant procurement terms for this framework contract.
