Auditorium Sound System Supply Fixing Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fixing of a sound system for the auditorium of Kinnaird College for Women. E-procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies, sole agents and trading entities must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax under the FBR tax cycle. The estimated cost is Rs.3,000,000/- and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.150,000/-. The bid security, original stamp paper and sample if required must be submitted as specified, while other mandatory documents are to be uploaded with the technical bid. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 8 October 2026.
