Uniforms Special Students Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of winter and summer season uniform items for special students, boys and girls, of Government Special Education Centre Bosan Town Multan for FY 2026-27. Online bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The estimated cost is Rs.2,000,000/-. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost and must be paid electronically through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID. The successful bidder must provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. Mandatory documents include two years of monthly Annex-C sales tax returns, five uniform supply orders and five performance certificates.
