Local purchase of medicines, medical devices, surgical and disposable items under a lot-wise framework rate contract for FY 2026-27 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The estimated value is Rs.25.00 million with bid security of Rs.500,000/-. Bidders must hold the applicable valid centralized drug-sale licence for pharmacies, manufacturers or distributors. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement system with separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of the quoted lot. Bidders must quote all mandatory items within the selected lot, and prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital and DHA Rawalpindi.
