Local Purchase Medicines Registration Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of bidders and firms for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the year 2026-27, renewable or extendable up to 30 September 2027. Prequalification is for well-reputed retail pharmacists holding a valid Drug Sales License issued on Form 9 and located within a 10Km radius of the hospital, subject to applicable policy directions. Sealed bids must be submitted in person by an authorized representative in tape or ring binding with proper page marking and signatures and stamps. Bid security of Rs.50,000/- in the form of CDR must accompany the technical bid. Bids are opened at 11:30 AM on the opening day. The procurement covers local purchase medicines and surgical disposable items for day-to-day hospital requirements, including pharmaceutical supplies and surgical consumables.
