Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of bidders and firms for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis through the PITB online portal for the year 2026-27, renewable or extendable up to 30 September 2027. Prequalification is for well-reputed retail pharmacists having a valid Drug Sales License issued on Form 9 and operating within a 10Km radius of the hospital, subject to applicable policy directions. Sealed bids are to be submitted in person by an authorized representative in tape or ring binding with proper page marking, signatures and stamps. Bid security of Rs.50,000/- in the form of CDR must accompany the technical bid. Closing and opening are scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement covers medicines, national medicines, imported or multinational medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables, with relevant pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply and hospital medical consumables terminology.
