Summer Uniforms Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of summer season uniforms for boys under Lot No.2 for special students for 2026-27. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be duly registered with PPRA and relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. Electronic bids shall be submitted and evaluated under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost for the lot is Rs.1,500,000/- and earnest money is 5% amounting to Rs.75,000/-. Bid security must be submitted lot-wise through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, with the paid slip attached to the tender document, and manually submitted CDR is not accepted. Bid validity remains until 30 June 2027. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 15 October 2026.
