Conference Workshop Seminar Festival Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of services for conferences, workshops, seminars and festivals under the Citrus, High Value Crops and Groundnut Project Activities of the ADP Project Transformation of Agriculture in Pothohar at Barani Agricultural Research Institute, Chakwal. Eligible contractors and firms registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax, holding PRA registration and listed on the Active Taxpayer List may participate. The estimated cost is Rs.2,500,000/- and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security deposited digitally through the generated PSID. The successful bidder must sign a procurement contract and provide services within 10 days of issuance of the work order. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 8 October 2026.
