Addition Alteration Of Tevta Conference Room Tender Notice

Description

Execution of addition and alteration work for the Conference Room of TEVTA Secretariat, based on item rates against the approved DNIT and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The estimated cost is PKR 4,540,880 and bid security at 2% of the estimated cost amounts to PKR 90,818. The completion period is 60 days. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted, renewed or active with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, Pakistan Engineering Council, Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority for the current financial year, holding PEC Category C5 or above with specialization codes CE10 and EE11. The original PEC licence showing the requisite specialization codes and Category C6 or above must be produced at the time of tender opening. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS). Registered bidders must submit the completed BOQ electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. Every page of the bid must be signed and stamped, and uploaded documents must be completely readable. All BOQ item rates and the total bid amount must be quoted. Bid security at 2% must be submitted electronically through the prescribed e-Procurement mechanism. Conditional tenders and bids without valid bid security will be rejected. Online bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives holding authority letters. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The standard execution form followed by the Communication and Works Department shall apply. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under applicable PPRA Rules.
