Framework Contract Other Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of other store items for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers may participate. The estimated cost is Rs.1.0 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically and bid security deposited through online PSID in the prescribed manner. Bidders must quote best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes, duties and levies and provide applicable tax registration certificates. Bids received by the closing time will be opened electronically on the same day. Relevant terminology includes hospital store items, general store supplies, healthcare store materials and institutional supplies.
