Annual Framework Plants Grass Excavation Tender Notice

Annual framework contract for supply of plants, grass carpet, grass rolls and excavation works for District Council Multan during financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027 based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates. The estimated cost is Rs.5,800,000 with bid security of Rs.290,000 representing 5%. Eligible firms, sole proprietors and companies registered with tax authorities may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with online bid security. Approved DNITs and BOQs must be used and item-wise rates and complete financial schedules are mandatory. The lowest bidder must furnish performance guarantee up to 10% within 15 days.
