Description

Prequalification of registered nurseries for provision of certified citrus and lemon plants to farmers under the ADP-funded Transformation of Agriculture in Thal project for implementation during 2026-27 to 2028-29 across Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, Jhang, Muzaffargarh and Kot Addu districts. The project covers provision of citrus and lemon plants for cultivation on 10,000 acres on a cost sharing basis. Eligible registered nurseries must possess specific and proven competence, relevant experience and appropriate in-house expertise and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Applicants must fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD), which is available free of cost through the specified departmental and procurement websites. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) must be prepared according to the PQD instructions and submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). EOIs will be publicly opened online in the Committee Room of Agriculture Department, 2nd Floor, New P&D Tower, 2-Bank Road, Lahore, on 17 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Applicants must submit complete and relevant assignment-specific information. False information, forged documents or misleading statements may result in disqualification and further action under applicable laws. The department reserves the right to withdraw the EOI, and applicants shall bear their own participation costs.
