Annual framework contract for supply of food items on national days, religious events and flood emergencies on government directions for District Council Multan during financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027. The estimated cost is Rs.11,600,000 with bid security of Rs.580,000 representing 5%. Eligible firms, sole proprietors and companies registered with tax authorities may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with bid security paid through online banking. Approved DNITs and BOQs must be followed, and complete item-wise financial entries and rate-analysis schedules are required. The lowest bidder must provide performance guarantee up to 10% within 15 days.
