Description
Procurement of training material for DAE Automotive Technology at the Government Swedish Pakistani College of Technology, Gujrat. The estimated cost is Rs.609,051 and bid security is Rs.30,452 representing 5% of the estimated amount. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST or provide applicable exemption evidence. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure, with rates quoted as required in the bidding documents and applicable taxes, transportation, freight and installation charges included. The refundable bid security must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR, pay order or demand draft must reach the specified office before bid opening. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee within seven days of award; failure may result in forfeiture of bid security and termination. The performance guarantee will be refunded after expiry of the six-month defect liability period following successful completion, full delivery and installation and satisfactory committee report.
