Lease Service Area Locations Lahore Ring Road Tender Notice
Description
Lease or rental of specified service area spaces along the Right of Way of Lahore Ring Road for 20 years extendable for another 10 years subject to approval of the procuring agency, under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Service area packages include Adda Plot and Niazi Interchange locations. Interested firms, companies and sole proprietors must provide valid legal entity registration, undertaking of non-blacklisting by PPRA and PRRA, and valid tax certificates from FBR, PRA or other tax authorities. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website and from the Director Contracts, P&D, PRRA against a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 through pay order or bank draft. Applicants are advised to visit the sites at their own expense. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as prescribed, with technical bids opened after submission and only technically responsive bidders qualifying for financial bid opening. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated revenue must be submitted in original CDR form. Financial proposals must quote lease or rent rates and amounts in figures and words, with complete BOQs, summary and sub-summary entries; conditional or incomplete bids are non-responsive. Relevant procurement terminology includes service area leasing, road service areas, lease rental, rent rates, commercial site leasing, Lahore Ring Road right of way, Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding, technical proposal, financial proposal and earnest money.
