Description
Construction of culverts and soling at Kot Sadaat, Chak No.307/EB, 541/EB, Sahuka, 317/EB, 321/EB and Saldera Uthar with an estimated cost of PKR 2,000,000. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 wherever applicable and fulfill the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required through a Digital Bank Guarantee issued and transmitted via SWIFT MT760, with PSID generated through the e-Procurement Portal; physical securities are not accepted. Financial bids must quote unit rates and item-wise amounts for every DNIT/BOQ entry and provide complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; percentage-based, blank or incomplete bids are non-responsive. The successful bidder must furnish 5% performance security of the contract price through SWIFT MT760.
