Description
Supply of 17 items classified as ICT Equipment, including network equipment, surveillance devices, storage devices and office equipment for the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Quetta. Procurement will be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with electronic bid submission only through the EPPS supplier dashboard. Bid security is 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank and tender fee is PKR 1,000. Eligibility requires 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 15,000,000 in the previous 2 years, turnover of at least PKR 20,000,000 in 2 subsequent previous years, Active Taxpayer List status, Sales Tax Certificate, no blacklisting, no joint venture, a functional corporate office in Balochistan with PTCL phone and fax, dealership or authorization from the manufacturer, authorized importer, distributor or partner, ISO 9001 certification and specified similar assignments from 2024 to 2026, each valued at not less than PKR 15,000,000. A toner sample is required after eligibility assessment and before technical evaluation. Delivery must be completed within 30 days after work order. Bids must be submitted electronically by 08 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
