Health Services Vehicles Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 4 items classified as manufactured vehicles and accessories for the Directorate General Health Services Balochistan. Procurement will be made under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with electronic bid submission only. Bid security is 3% in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank and no tender fee is required. Eligibility requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 100,000,000 in the previous 3 years, turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in 3 subsequent previous years, Active Taxpayer List status, Sales Tax Certificate, no blacklisting and no joint venture. The manufacturer must be registered with SECP, the firm must have authorization from the fabricator and a 3S dealership facility, while the fabricator must possess CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality certificates. Bidders must provide item-wise and feature-wise compliance or deviation statements, catalogues or brochures containing complete technical specifications, warranty compliance, 90-day bid validity, 120-day delivery compliance, local post-warranty service presence and the last 3 years audit report from a registered chartered accountant firm. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:45 AM and opened at 11:45 AM on the same day. Relevant terminology includes manufactured vehicles, health department vehicles, vehicle fabrication, 3S dealership, automotive equipment and post-warranty service.
